Request CSV, TSV, JSON, or Parquet exports for 2018-01-01 through the most recent complete month for all potentially domestic-related CAD calls, RMS incidents, enforcement actions, arrests/citations/summons/warrants/report-only dispositions, and referrals. Include data dictionaries, call-code tables, offense-code tables, disposition definitions, schema change logs, RMS/CAD migration notes, historical domestic-violence policies, predominant-aggressor guidance, body-camera policies, dispatch protocols, and training bulletins.

Do not request names, exact addresses, phone numbers, full dates of birth, or free-text identifiers in the initial structured extract. Request stable deidentified event, incident, party, officer, supervisor, arrest, booking, referral, and evidence keys.

For narratives, 911 audio, photographs, and body-camera/dash-camera records, request metadata for the full population first and a stratified sample after metadata review. Ask for a fee estimate, rolling production, a public-interest fee waiver where supportable, and preservation of responsive records.
