Custodians: Colorado Judicial Branch, Twentieth Judicial District, relevant municipal courts.

Access regime to verify before sending: Judicial Branch compiled-data procedure and municipal court records rules.

Request deidentified case/count data from 2000-01-01 through present for Boulder-nexus domestic-violence, sexual-assault, harassment, stalking, protection-order, false-reporting, perjury, malicious-prosecution-related, and civil-rights matters. Include:

- anonymous case/party/count keys;
- recorded sex/gender where available;
- agency/referral source;
- filing, preliminary-hearing, trial, verdict, dismissal, sentence, appeal, mandate, retrial, and sealing dates;
- preliminary-hearing outcomes and no-probable-cause findings;
- no-file and dismissal reasons;
- acquittals, hung juries, reversals, vacaturs, retrials, and final resolutions;
- protection-order petitions, denials, dissolutions, and fee/sanction awards;
- civil causes of action, judgments, damages, settlements reflected in court records, attorney-fee awards, and sanctions;
- sealed/suppressed indicators sufficient to evaluate missingness.
